Biography
Adam Tober is the founder of Expat Guitars, and the former director of Fine Musical Instruments at Skinner.
He has been responsible for the auctions of instruments and memorabilia from the collections of rock icon J. Geils, country music legends Little Jimmy Dickens and Marty Stuart, and jazz artists Victor Bailey and John Abercrombie.
His personal collection of Mosrite guitars has been featured in "Vintage Guitar" and "Bakersfield Guitars: The Illustrated History."
He is an alumnus of Phillips Academy, The New England Conservatory of Music and Tufts University, and has pursued graduate studies at Waseda University and Keio University in Japan.
