Richard Buery is the CEO of Robin Hood, an anti-poverty organization based in New York City. Prior to this role, Buery worked as deputy mayor of New York City under Bill de Blasio, where he was the key architect of the city’s Pre-K for All initiative, which offers free, full-day preschool regardless of family income. 

In this “Attribution” episode, host Bob McKinnon and Buery talk about the American dream, opportunities offered by education, and the importance of developing a sense of belonging.
