Lisa Ventura is a social worker and mother who struggles to balance her overwhelming workload and her family responsibilities. For years, Lisa has been assisting a large roster of clients – as well as her parents – with the paperwork necessary for receiving government assistance. However, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she reached a breaking point.
