God was created by man in his own image.

How Do You Imagine God?
God in America and USA WEEKEND Magazine are partnering to explore Americans' images of God.

How do you imagine God? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator God exists only in the imagination. Man created gods in his own image. The illusion of an all knowing, all powerful, all caring man in the sky persists because so many people seek the promise of comfort such illusion brings. And when it fails to deliver, man makes excuses for his creation with the most common excuse being, "God works in mysterious ways."

My Beliefs

I believe ... your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator I believe faith is a basic human weakness. Understanding takes far more intelligence.

Religion & the Public Square

What should be the role of religion in politics? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator None!
Do you feel comfortable discussing your faith with others? Why/why not? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator No. Most other people are believers and after learning of my beliefs, they cannot be trusted to treat me with the love and respect they did before knowing. I've learned this truth the hard way.
Has 9/11 had any impact on your thoughts about religion? Are you more/less interested in learning about other religions? Do you feel more/less comfortable expressing your religious beliefs? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator 9/11 provides dramatic evidence of the evils of faith and hypocrisy of the faithful. So many Christians who profess the theme "love thy neighbor," use 9/11 as an excuse to hate, and attempt to disguise their hatred as patriotism. And what can I say about those who killed and destroyed in the name of their god?
