Here's something that I think a lot of people will be surprised to find out. When TV goes digital there's gonna be a lot more stations. Wow! Israel is bleeding over onto a media blog. I saw on history detectives where Marcus Garvey tried to start a steamship line in the early 20th century through the sale of shares. Are there such opportunities for media ownership today? Kevin Martin seems to believe that media is not safe except in giant corporate hands, so that the mindset of profit dominates the peoples airwaves. I was appalled at the din of advertising apparently necessary on "Air America", can't listen to it. The least represented group are the less affluent majority in a polarized economy. Maybe government needs to facilitate co-operative or collective ownership of media using law and incentives, tax deductions and so forth. At present I'm forced to watch Moyers on the web because my local stations run 40 year old British sitcoms, outdated documentaries and spend half their airtime fundraising with DOO-Wop.(These singers are all dead, baby.)The put on Now, Frontline and Moyers at 3am and change schedules constantly. Then they tell us the cutrate garbage is enriching and historical. There's a bourgeoise conspiracy somewhere in this. Let Cutey-Kevin investigate that republicanism. Let Rosie get her paws around his neck, that Cutey-Wooty!

In a follow up to you program Christians United for Israel (CUFI) Mr. Moyer, I wanted to elaborate. I grew up in Iran in a comfortable family during my boyhood. Now live here as a US Citizen and a Registered Liberal Demarcate. I recall one thing which was most annoying to the politically aware and the intellectual Middle Easterners back in 69, was the strong ties, supports and the financial bond that the US government maintained with Jews outside and most importantly inside US. It was not simply because they were envious for their liberty or what they had achieved, but simply because it went beyond that. It began to appear that the free trade and commerce which is the foundation of this nation slowly was being replaced by greed and extreme thirst for more wealth even in the name of killing others. It often has big Jewish money backing it. This was somehow bearable until Islamic fanatics such as Ayatollah Khomeini began to fan the flame. It became common knowledge that the expansionism of US policy and its occupation of holly sites and then Iraq combined with its support of the occupation of Palestinian lands has become their #1...

Moses did not need an army to deal with the Pharoah. Rev. Hagee, and others like him, pose a greater threat to the world than Iran. Hagee asks if God punished the United States by inflicting the hurricane on New Orleans. If God can do that, why does he need the U.S. military to help Him protect Israel? This question also applies to Islamic factions calling for the destruction of the West. Why does Allah need his worshipers to smite us when Allah, all powerful, could do it? The stupidity of the human race will cause its extinction.
