Nobel Laureate Robert Shiller predicted the most recent housing bubble burst and developed the CAPE Index, which measures the price of a stock to its earnings over a ten year period. A Sterling Professor of Economics at Yale, Shiller has written widely on financial markets, macroeconomics and behavioral economics, most recently in his new book Phishing for Phools.
