Economic chaos reigned in Russia. Mikhail Gorbachev was replaced by Boris Yeltsin, who was succeeded by Vladimir Putin. The tragedy of 9/11 shook up the global chessboard. And today, there is a very new situation in Russia, partly hopeful, partly grim, and a very new relationship between America and Russia. Is Russia A Threat Again?
