Beat the Streak

On July 16, 1941, while playing against the Cleveland Indians, Joe DiMaggio got three hits in four at bats, thus setting his three month, 56-game hitting streak.

It's quite a record, but not an unbeatable one. Well, maybe it would be tough to beat in real life, but perhaps not in a virtual recreation. Maybe you can even beat the streak.

"Beat the Streak" gives you a chance. Can you do it? Step up to the plate and give it a try. If you can get a hit in at least 40 straight games, you'll be nominated to our Hall of Fame.
