Behind the Scenes

Step behind the scenes to see how producer/director John Rubin and his team recreated "Operation Whitecoat," a project of the U.S. biological weapons program. This experiment on the effects of a range of disease agents on humans and monkeys was performed at Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah in 1955. The human subjects were volunteers who were Seventh-day Adventists fulfilling their military obligations without bearing arms.
