Absolutely one of the most riveting musical performances ever filmed, featuring America’s iconic legend of folk/pop music, James Taylor. He captured my heart as a young girl, and the love affair with his music has never ended. His ingenuity with songwriting and guitar-playing, combined with his graciousness and energy on stage makes every concert a “first-time” for me. And, JT’s humility and easygoing demeanor in interviews makes his ageless appeal even greater given the generational success of his musical career.

I regret not getting to see this performance in the concert hall. Thankfully, Great Performances shot it just beautifully, and I can see it in my living room!

This concert was one of the best I have ever been to. That was such a great night! My husband and I rented a limo from a Dallas limo company and went to dinner before the show. The performance was more than I ever imagined! I had always wanted to see James Taylor in concert, ever since I was a kid. I hope he comes back again soon so we can relive the magic!
