Thank you for reporting the plight of 7 Baha’is arrested and awaiting trial in Iran. From what I understand, this story deserves much more detailed coverage to present the full scope of the problem. The world community needs to know that what is going on there could very well become even more widespread than it is now. A united response from around the planet, appealing to intelligence and reason, referring to the oneness of all life, can help to heal the spiritual sickness of fear, repression, persecution and attacks that have plagued religions for as long as history has been recorded. Is a more thoughtful, extended segment planned for an upcoming program soon? I’m sure that the Office of External Affairs for the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of the United States, located in Washington D.C., as well as the Office of Public Information at the Baha’i World Centre in Haifa, Israel would be available for comment and assistance.
