| My mother passed away a year
ago and while I was cleaning out her home I found so many memories in photos
and memorabilia.
I have wanted to do something special with these and I knew when I saw
the Four Corners pattern from the Blessings Quilt Series that this was
just what I was looking for.
It had the layout that I thought would give a pleasing overall look.
I had to adapt my photos to fit into the spaces that contained the embroidery
blocks.
I cannot explain the feeling I had everytime I picked up this quilt to
work on it. It was also my first quilt I hand quilted. I was sorry to
have it finished and now I am working on a wall hanging for my sister.
