The Challenges Ahead Slide 7

A temporary PATH station opened at the World Trade Center site on November 23, 2003. The temporary station, restoring PATH service between New Jersey and Lower Manhattan, was the first public space to open within the World Trade Center site since the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The PATH service is run by the Port Authority, the transportation agency that also owns the World Trade Center site.
