the Bates Method:
The Bates Method of Vision Improvement is an educational program where
students can relearn and correct the habits of natural eyesight through
structured exercises and relaxation. This program was first presented
by ophthalmologist William Bates, MD, (1860-1931). His research about
eyesight is presented in his 1920 book, Perfect Sight Without Glasses.
