Climenko Professor at Harvard Law School. He has appeared as a commentator on

Meet the Press. A prominent legal
theorist, he has made a reputation in taking a hard look at complex
constitutional issues of law and in criminal justice issues. He has worked with
the Fred Friendly Seminars for many years and was the moderator for
