Voters are casting ballots Tuesday in Mississippi's Senate runoff election. Republican Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith is facing off against Democrat Mike Espy. The runoff is the final Senate election of the 2018 midterms. The winner will serve the remaining two years of former Republican Sen. Thad Cochran's term. Cochran resigned in April.
