House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., holds his weekly press briefing Tuesday at 10 a.m. EST, where he is expected to provide an update on the tax bill.
The House voted on Monday to go to conference on tax legislation with the Senate, moving Congress another step closer to a final bill.
The Senate was expected to hold a similar conference vote later this week.
