Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, and National Security Adviser John Bolton held a news conference Monday at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

The conference began at 11 a.m. ET. Watch their remarks in the player above.

President Donald Trump is also at U.N. headquarters in New York this week. He delivered an address this morning on the world's drug problem. At least 129 countries signed a nonbinding pledge, drafted by the U.S., to take steps to reduce the demand for drugs in their countries, Reuters reported.

Trump, who has criticized the world body in previous appearances, said the U.N.'s "potential is being met, slowly but surely, it's being met."

The president is expected to be a part of several high-level meetings with the U.N. later this week.
