Even though she's running for reelection, North Dakota incumbent Rep. Julie Fedorchak is not expected to appear for a debate Thursday between candidates vying for the state's sole U.S. House seat.
The debate begins at 8 p.m. EDT. Watch live from Prairie Public in the video player above.
Instead, viewers will see the Republican's rivals, Democrat Trygve Hammer and independent candidates Helene Neville and Charles Tuttle, on the debate stage.

Fedorchak's campaign said the congresswoman previously agreed to participate in the debate, but a campaign spokeswoman told local media outlet InForum that local public media station Prairie Public "changed the format and slate of participants, leading to Fedorchak's withdrawal."
Prairie Public CEO John Harris said that there were "no changes made to the debate format, nor to Prairie Public's debate criteria, which is to invite all candidates who appear on the ballot to participate."
The Cook Political Report rates the race as a Solid R.
