Cort McMurray has served for many years as an ecclesiastical leader in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He and his wife Lynda presently teach Seminary, an early-morning religious instruction course for high school-aged students. They are the parents of three children -- Samuel, Naomi, and Noah -- and reside in southwest Houston.
