Science
Have you ever noticed that your child is a lot like a scientist? Children are naturally curious, full of ideas and questions and motivated to investigate everything in the world around them. You don’t need to be a science expert to support your child’s science inquiry and learning. Encourage their explorations, share in their discoveries, and talk with them about their questions, observations and ideas. When you ask questions like "What are you wondering about? What do you notice? and What do you think about that?" you nurture your child’s curiosity and give them the powerful message that their ideas are important. You also enable them to see themselves as capable science thinkers and learners.
