In Germany’s Neo-Nazis & the Far Right, FRONTLINE investigates the rise of far-right extremism and violence in Germany. From reporter, producer and director Evan Williams, the documentary looks at how, over the past five years, Germany has faced a wave of violence against Jews, Muslims, immigrants and left-wing politicians. Speaking with victims of attacks and threats, government officials, politicians, experts in online radicalization, and alleged perpetrators, Williams examines what’s driving this surge of hate.

On July 8th, join FRONTLINE Executive Producer Raney Aronson-Rath for an exclusive conversation with the director, Evan Williams, one of the subjects from the film, Christina Feist, and a Far Right Extremism Expert, Miro Dittrich. The conversation will explore how extremists have carried out terror plots and attacks on Jews and migrants, and have infiltrated security services. The panel will also address what authorities are doing to confront the growing problem.
