Nicki DeMarco

Nicki is a senior director, digital media – documentaries. Before joining FRONTLINE in 2026, Nicki spent more than a decade at The Washington Post, leading teams of video journalists embedded across the newsroom and helping integrate video into The Post’s reporting and audience strategy. She co-led the launch of The Post’s inaugural Creator Hub, an initiative that enabled journalists to host original, social-first video series that combined rigorous reporting with emerging storytelling formats and platforms. She also spent five years managing the breaking news video desk, leading coverage of major political and global events.
