JACK: And I'm told by balloon people who have been doing this for years [BURN] that there has never been anyone killed stripping out - ripping out here by pulling the red line in an emergency - when they're approaching a power line but there have been quite a few of them killed that tried to burn fast enough to lift and get the gondola over.



JOE: Pulls `em right up into the power lines. [BURN]



NOVA: So that's basically the trick here. I mean given any day, any temperature, you're just constantly monitoring.



JACK: The more heat the higher you're going and the faster you're going up there. The cooler it gets up in the top... it takes approximately nine seconds from the time I burn here before I get reaction in the top. Albert do you copy?
