Nicknamed “the other DVD” by Carl Reiner, David Van Deusen is recognized as an expert on “The Dick Van Dyke Show.” He was the editor and publisher of “The Walnut Times,” “The Dick Van Dyke Show” newsletter for 20 years from 1995 to 2015. He is the author of “To Twilo and Beyond: My Walnut Adventures with The Dick Van Dyke Show Cast.” He was the Executive Producer of a feature length documentary to commemorate the 60th anniversary of “The Dick Van Dyke Show” in 2021. He currently co-hosts a “Dick Van Dyke Show” podcast entitled “Tripping Over The Ottoman,” which is available on all major streaming platforms.
