Professors and entrepreneurs testified at a joint committee hearing extolling the virtues of fuel cell technology like hydrogen-powered cars. One of the biggest challenges that remains is how the state could provide funding to build infrastructure to support hydrogen-powered cars.
Attendees asked the committee -- which is made up of members from the Board of Public Utilities -- to rethink state projects with environmental impact as a whole system instead of individually.
