These bikes were found chained to a rack outside World Trade Center 5. Later, one of the owners, a messenger, came out to Kennedy Airport where his bike was being stored. "I think he expected he could ride off with it, but it was too badly damaged," Wagner said. "He did manage to salvage two padlocks."
