IBM's Customers will Revolt

IBM will get in trouble with its customers as it becomes clear that Sam Palmisano didn't learn much, if anything, from Lou Gerstner. Gerstner's fat-cutting is long forgotten, so all IBM knows how to cut these days is customer service.

I agree. I have a friend who is working in a project which is in China. The owner of this project selected some person to join this project, then send them to China. When those people arrived there, they not only don't know what they should do, but also don't know how to do it. More funny is the owner of project still thinks those people are right people for this project. Irresponsible owner send no-quality people to working in IBM customer, how could IBM make customer happy? How could IBM get more business? ?
