Apple to Dump Akamai for Google CDN
I still see Apple dumping Akamai for a Google-based content distribution network.

Looks like this prediction was wrong -- again. Keep repeating every year? Or admit to wrongness and try to understand that Google is in no position form a biz standpoint to become a CDN. Who would use them? Yahoo? Microsoft? No -- they compete with too many of their potential customers.

What are the chances of google buying akamai and marrying the content monetization and the content delivery monetization together? It's peanuts for Google to acquire AKAM.
