His Excellency has just received yours in answer to his Letter of this day, and thinks in the present state of our Ammunition not more than 15,000 of the Cartridges at Succasunnas can be spared to the State of New Jirsey - for which he requests you will be pleased to give the necessary
[inserted: order,] and he will advise Governor Livingston of the Same.
