Sir
I have the honor forward to your Excellency the enclosed
papers relative to the cool Intrepidity of Serjeant Major
Prindle of Colonel Lambs regiment upon a a very trying experience.
His General character is exceptionable, and he will I am persuaded
bear well any distinction your Excellency may think proper
to honor him with
