He prays to him and thinks He listens. Isn't it a quaint idea." MARK TWAIN

JAD221
JAD221 I am a gay-man of G-d. I do not speak for another, and I do not speak for G-d. But I do speak for myself. And it is my unshakeable belief that G-d loves all who believe and who do not believe equally. I find great comfort in knowing that politics and religion are (wo)man-made and not of G-d’s imagination. Now in my fifties, having a not so uneventful life, watching, remembering and living much of what was shown and not shown in “God In America”, I have to say with a measure of sadness and as well joy, yes, even in joy, “G-D BLESS AMERICA” !!! In Truth, John-Albert Dickert Cincinnati,Ohio

Raphael5 Lord, make me an instrument of your peace, Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy; O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.~St. Francis of Assisi

beopentogod "Deep within us all there is an amazing inner sanctuary of the soul, a holy place, a Divine Center, a speaking Voice, to which we may continously return. Eternity is at our hearts, pressing upon our time-torn lives, warming us with intimations of an astounding destiny, calling us home unto Itself. Yielding to these persuasions, gladly committing ourselves in body and soul, utterly and completely to the Light within, is the beginning of Life." Thomas Kelly
