Ari From the Talmud (Pirkei Avos): > Who is wise? One who learns from every man. As is stated (Psalms 119:99): "From all my teachers I have grown wise, for Your testimonials are my meditation." > Who is strong? One who overpowers his inclinations. As is stated (Proverbs 16:32), "Better one who is slow to anger than one with might, one who rules his spirit than the captor of a city." > Who is rich? One who is satisfied with his lot. As is stated (Psalms 128:2): "If you eat of toil of your hands, fortunate are you, and good is to you"; "fortunate are you" in this world, "and good is to you" in the World to Come. > Who is honorable? One who honors his fellows. As is stated (I Samuel 2:30): "For to those who honor me, I accord honor; those who scorn me shall be demeaned."

JAD221 I am a gay-man of G-d. I do not speak for another, and I do not speak for G-d. But I do speak for myself. And it is my unshakeable belief that G-d loves all who believe and who do not believe equally. I find great comfort in knowing that politics and religion are (wo)man-made and not of G-d’s imagination. Now in my fifties, having a not so uneventful life, watching, remembering and living much of what was shown and not shown in “God In America”, I have to say with a measure of sadness and as well joy, yes, even in joy, “G-D BLESS AMERICA” !!! In Truth, John-Albert Dickert Cincinnati,Ohio

datta Who am I? I am in this universe as much as it is in I. What is I? I is sphere full of love. Imagination is more important than knowledge for all that we know is just an imagination. The language and the medium of this communication are also products of imagination. Reality as it seems can be termed as implementation of imagination. It is not mind over matter, it is only mind that matters. The theory of everthing is that there is absolutely nothing, God is absolute state of mind, soul that is everything and nothing, we are relative states of mind, bodies that are something in between. Happiness and sorrow are relative states of mind, absolute state of mind is peaceful.Truth is simple, accepting it is not. Be in Love to Rest in Peace.

JohnCalvin There is no one keeping records up there. The records are here in the heart and I am going to have to deal with them. That is far more painful than having a record keeping God up in the skies. So I or anyone who is setting out on the path to enlightenment will eventually become absolutely impeccable in every thing that they do. Is it because of a fear of damnation or of the punishment of wrathful God? Or because one has sinned and hasn't asked forgiveness? No, no, no and no. These are only excuses that lead us away from the real problem. The truly enlightened person will see that every action has a reaction with which they must deal. Not only do we do unto others but as we do unto others we are doing unto ourselves. And if a person is wise then they are not going to do stuff that will cause them to have to later face it and resolve it and balance it in their soul.
