If it's any consolation, you're not alone. Life (Part 2) takes to the streets and checks in with people about their aging brains.  Is memory loss and a less agile brain an inevitable part of aging? Perhaps. But most agree that keeping engaged intellectually and socially slows the decline.  One man on the street offered, "You can't let your mind stand still!"
