Barbara Rothschild is a highly respected psychotherapist
and writer whose restaurant reviews can be found in various publications
and on the Internet. The couple enjoy cooking together, sharing
both time and duties in the kitchen. They believe that cooking is
fun, and that formal recipes are only a starting point for improvisation
that allows home cooks to taste favorite foods in different ways.
