Paula Wolfert is an author and researcher who has explored
in fine detail the recipes and ingredients of the Mediterranean.
She is the author of seven books. She is the recipient of numerous
awards, including the Julia Child Award, the Tastemaker Award and
recognition by The James Beard Foundation. Her newest book, Mediterranean
Grains and Greens, explores the healthier side of the region's diet.
Traveling throughout the Mediterranean, Paula has learned a great
deal about Sephardic cooking.
