Daniel
Zwerdling is a national correspondent for NPR who has covered everything
from terrorism to food. His wife Barbara Rothschild is a therapist.
Together they've traveled the world indulging themselves in their
mutual love for food. At home, they not only cook together but see
their shared time in the kitchen as therapeutic. They team up to
show Joan two revisionist versions of traditional recipes: a low-calorie
whitefish salad and a healthy version of salade frissee.
