Pakistani government forces have been battling Taliban extremists in the Northwest Frontier, South Waziristan and -- most recently -- the Orakzai Agency. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have fled their homes to take up residence in tent camps. Samina Ahmed of the International Crisis Group explains the current humanitarian situation.
