On Sept. 29, the House rejected a $700 billion bailout for Wall Street. On Oct. 1, the Senate will vote on its own rescue bill. If that bill passes, it will move back to the House.
Hours before the vote, demonstrators against the bill voiced their opinions on the streets of Washington, D.C. The NewsHour talked to some of the people in attendance.
