A
string of bombings in Baghdad killed more than 100 people
Tuesday and raised new doubts about Iraq's security ahead
of the country's parliamentary election, now set for March
7.
The attacks, which were timed within minutes of each other,
ripped through the Labor Ministry, a court complex near
the Iraqi-protected Green Zone, and the new Finance Ministry
site, which was rebuilt after an August blast.
Nearly
32,000 Iraqi refugees have come to the United States
over the past three years to escape violence and political
uncertainty. But as Jeffrey Kaye reports, more refugees
are learning that personal safety often comes at the
cost of economic security.
