Shields and Brooks on 'Inception' of Tea Party Caucus, Michael Steele, Movies

In another color-coordinated edition of the "extra-extra, read-all-about-it" segment we do with Mark Shields and David Brooks on The Rundown, the columnists weigh in on what the new Tea Party Caucus could mean for Republicans.

Our duo also pontificated on RNC Chair Michael Steele's latest troubles: a $7 million budget gap that one RNC official alleges was intentionally concealed and former Sen. Norm Coleman perhaps taking aim at his job.

As for summer movies, the thriller "Inception" was a winner for one of them, while the other gave the comedy "Cyrus" a drubbing. Check it out:
