EVERYDAY LIFE A CHALLENGE FOR IRAQIS | Margaret Warner continues to report from Iraq, this time she talks to Iraqi citizens about whether they feel safe since the U.S. troop drawdown. This is part of a series of reports that Margaret will be doing all week.

DRUG LORD IN MEXICO ARRESTED | The drug wars of Mexico have been described as violent and gruesome: 30,000 people have been killed since 2006. Tuesday, Mexican officials arrested one of the alleged King Pins in the country's drug wars. Judy Woodruff will talk to NPR's Jason Beaubien, in Mexico City.

NEW TEST FOR D.C. TEACHERS | Teachers working in the District are being re-evaluated. Special correspondent John Merrow looks at a new test for teachers in the Washington D.C. school district as part of his ongoing reporting on education.

UPDATE ON NEW ORLEANS MUSICIAN | Jeffrey Brown has an update on musician Michael White who continues his effort to keep a musical tradition strong, five years after Katrina.
