NEW YORK CITY DIGS OUT | Days after a major northeastern blizzard hit the Big Apple, airlines are still struggling to get stranded passengers back in the air. Residents are navigating around stranded cars and buses as the city tries to clear the remnants of the storm Ray Suarez gets an update from Bob Hennelly of WNYC Public Radio.

IVORY COAST VIOLENCE | Despite calls to accept election results and step down from the United Nations and other West African leaders, Ivory Coast President Laurent Gbagbo has refused to surrender power - and is still in control of the nation's military forces. Nearly 200 people have been killed in post-election clashes. Gwen Ifill takes a closer look at the situation with Christopher Fomunyoh of the National Democratic Institute, who recently returned from the Ivory Coast.

WATER CRISIS IN INDIA'S CAPITAL | In the first report of a year-long partnership with National Geographic Magazine and the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting examining population issues, special correspondent Fred de Sam Lazaro reports from New Delhi, where rapid and unplanned population growth is exacerbating a shortage of water.
