Raw Video: In Thailand, Rising Waters and Risky Rescues

Heavy monsoon rains have swamped a third of Thailand since summer, causing at least $3 billion in damages, according to the Thai government. In this raw video footage from APTN, residents sandbag their homes and escape flooded areas by clinging to cables. And true to form, a cat lounging in a store acts as though nothing is amiss.
