Occupy Oakland: KQED Provides Live Coverage of Events

Last week's clashes between police and protesters have brought national attention to the Occupy movement in the San Francisco Bay Area. On Wednesday, protesters at Occupy Oakland called for a General Strike. Many local Bay Area unions have expressed support for what they call a "mass day of action."


Our partners at KQED News have been tracking the developments since the protests began. They are providing live updates and background information on the Bay Area Occupy movement and strike on Wednesday.
