Roger Cato, Managing Director
Roger Cato is responsible for operating Heathrow, the world's busiest international airport. From BAA corporate headquarters, Cato oversees airport expansion plans and strikes deals with Heathrow's retail vendors and maintenance contractors. He also has the final say so over the facility's customer service, so often a point of honor with the British. Cato's a man who enjoys work. We see him installing a new bathroom in his home. But if something goes wrong at home, it's not a customer he'll have to manage.

The director says, "If I don't get the hot water back on tonight ..." and his wife, Sue, interjects.

"Then you won't have any dinner," she half-jokingly vows.
