Gail Brodkey
As a Child Life Specialist in the emergency room, there's almost nothing that social worker Gail Brodkey hasn't seen or heard. Every day her job puts her in complicated, sometimes tense, situations. She might have to deal with a child abuse case where the police or child protection authorities are called in. She often has to comfort grieving and emotional parents. No matter what challenges the job brings, Gail possesses the courage, the substance and the professionalism to deal with each situation appropriately. Gail's job is an important and often difficult one, and she is well prepared. She holds a degree in psychology from Bradley University and a Master's in social work from Chicago's Loyola University.
