Many life changes involve loss, and we grieve the endings in our lives.

Some of the most painful losses we experience are the deaths of loved ones. Grief is a natural, active process during which we experience intense feelings, revisit memories, and adjust to life without the loved one. There is no one “right” way to grieve, no timetable; and the ups and downs during grieving can be unpredictable. The support of family and friends is more important than ever during times of grief and loss.
