Sally Kevill-Davies worked for nine years as a porcelain specialist at Sotheby's and is currently re-cataloguing the English porcelain in the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge. She is a writer and lecturer, and she broadcasts on many aspects of ceramics and social history. Her book Yesterday's Children explores the antiques and history of childcare, and she is currently writing books on antiques for children and Chelsea porcelain.
