PETER NAHUM Pictures & Prints
Peter Nahum is a dealer in paintings, drawings and sculpture from his
gallery in St James's. He is a leading expert in Pre-Raphaelite
paintings and British paintings between 1930 and 1950. He was previously
a director of Sotheby's and now advises and sells to museums and private
collectors throughout the world. He has been involved with the BBC's ANTIQUES
ROADSHOW since 1981, and he has made several important finds,
including a long-lost watercolor by Richard Dadd, which is now in the
British Museum, and an album of Filipino landscapes, which was sold in
1995 for £240,000 ($360,000).
