One-time straw buyer and now informant, Anthony Uzeta, visits X Caliber Guns, run by George Iknadosian. Informing Iknadosian he is "out of retirement," Uzeta wants to buy more guns and states he has people lined to buy them for him. Uzeta pays for four WASR-10 rifles and arranges with Iknadosian for his "home girl" to pick up two of the guns later that day.
Anthony Uzeta returns to X Caliber Guns on April 14th to purchase more guns, but states he doesn’t want to put them in his name. Uzeta says he has two people to pick up the guns. Iknadosian then advises Uzeta on making sure he isn't caught with too many guns, explaining, "Well, if you get pulled over, hey, two AKs, no biggie."
Uzeta pays for four WASR-10s, but only leaves with two. Uzeta again tells Iknadosian he has people to sign for the guns because he doesn't want all of them in his name. Iknadosian agrees to have the straw buyers come in.
10 a.m. — Uzeta is back at X Caliber on August 28th to purchase more guns from George Iknadosian. Uzeta reveals to Iknadosian that his contacts in Mexico want to pay for the guns in drugs. After Uzeta asks to put two of the guns in someone else's name, Iknadosian and Uzeta arrange for the change of paperwork.
1 p.m. — Undercover Phoenix Police Detective Fernando Galvez enters X Caliber Guns to sign for and pick up two long rifles previously purchased by Anthony Uzeta from Iknadosian.
